Possible River lots

Just out side Richland on the Vantage highway is a development called "Horn Rapids"

This is a typical view within the large development. This view is looking East with the city of Richland off in the distance.

Here is a lot that is on the Yakima River.

This is a view looking South toward the back of the lots and how they are next to the river.

Here is a smaller lot two doors up the street. About 100K for this one but will find out $ amounts for sure tomorrow.
